How do you make your sweater/fleece smaller?

please help me , because i have an abercrombie and fitch fleece , but the arms of the fleece is really long and kinda big but the body of the fleece is just okay in height and it fits my body . i just have problems with the arms of the fleece , please help me with the best thing to do on how to make the arms of the fleece only , not the body . i know Dryers can make it small , but dryers make all of it small not just the specific one that you want to be small . please help me , i want my Abercrombie fleece to fit my arms so that it looks good . thanks in advance ! .. ^^
