I need a good "smartphone" to replace hubbie's current one? Has to run on Windows...any suggestions?

He currently has an HP PDA/phone. Im looking for a good replacement, maybe something lighter and less bulky. It also has to have a "qwerty" keyboard. Ive noticed Samsung just came out with the BlackJack II...but its a bit pricey.
