Should I miss cl to avoid the swine flu?

There's a guy in my cl who's been off with the swine flu but is coming in today. He says he's just got a cough now but surely he's still carrying enough of the virus to transmit it to others? It seems a bit neurotic for me to avoid cl for this reason, but I didn't sleep last night so my immune system is down and I surely don't fancy the flu for the next week or two. What would you do?
