Is my girlfriend going to break up with me?

There has been a lot of difficulty between us because her dad always finds reasons to keep us apart. We give each other notes after school everyday that we write in school or at home when we just are thinking about the other one because sometimes she isn't allowed on the phone because she is grounded A LOT. So, the other day (Thursday) her step mom stayed home from work without Katelynn knowing. She went through her stuff to see if she was doing anything (eavesdropping) and she found our notes. There wasn't bad stuff in the notes, but since she doesn't approve of her having a boyfriend and her dad does, and she kinda hypnotizes Katelynn's dad into believing stuff-- they now think we are getting too serious. Katelynn told me she was willing to do whatever she could to keep us together and that she wouldn't break up with me, it is now Monday, and she is texting me from her friend's phone in school, I said to her "You do make it better, just seeing you makes things better. I'm going to get us through this..If you want me to." And as soon as I sent that she responded saying "Nope." I don't know if that was sent to that message or one of the previous ones, but if it was it would not have made sense. Another thing is she is no longer responding to me, I might be paranoid and she got her phone taken in school, but this is killing me. I just want opinions please.
