Good Quality Cheap Wine?

ok so I've never had wine before..I'm a vodka kind of girl, but I want to start drinking wine...What is some good tasting cheap wine? && prices if you guys know. && what are some things I should know about wine...i just started drinking a year ago, and I am alcohol illiterate. thanks soooo much!!! <3
