Heart problem or losing mind?

i'm on a 24 hour holter monitor because my doctor feels that my heart rate should not be going from 104-130 at resting the lowest we have seen it is 99. i've had other problems along with this. i've been feeling like my head is a balloon that deflates and inflates several times which make me dizzy. i had no idea that my heart rate was so high. i don't feel like my heart is racing or anything other then that dizziness and my legs wanting to give out. and that is very seldom. the head and dizziness when is when i sit up or stand up or moving. but lately my arms have been going numb from my neck to finger tips. again my doctor is puzzled to all this. however when i got the holter monitor today i was told to push the on when i feel my heart race but again the problem is i don't. also i was wondering if the holter monitor will pick up anything since when they take my pulse by wrist it seems normal till they put on that oxygen sensor prob or listen to my heart. i'm starting to think i'm crazy. i have asthma also so i have been just lumping everything i feel all with the asthma. but i'm truly starting to feel like i'm going insane and imaging everything. has anyone ever had this at all.
