How do i stop my friend from self harming ?

There really isn't a way to help her, its her decision. Its a very bad decision but You can't force her to stop. You should try telling her, if she doesnt stop you'll stop talking to her. And tell her if She truly loves You, she'll stop hurting herself because Its hurting you too.
