If someone wins the lotto and then has a child, does some of the winnings go to child support?

Let's say a single guy wins the lotto and with his new found wealth, decides to be promiscuous and ends up getting a girl pregnant. Does a percentage of his lotto winnings go towards child support? If so, how much?
