My brother's girlfriend wants to have an abortion, he wants the baby?

Ahm i dont know if this will help you at all, from a legal point of view anyway, but what i think about this is, well first of all, do you even know shes actually preganat and shes not faking it to get the money?! Im sorry but she just sounds like the kind of person to do this. Also i think that if shes such an extortionist, maybe its better for your brother and his family if she didnt have the baby.(i dont want to sound like i dont value human life, but this could potentially cause a lot of problems in your brothers life) What i mean is, judging by her actions, she could get the money from your family, have the child, and then decide she wants to keep it etc and not give it to your family. She really does sound crazy and you wouldnt know what to expect from these kind of people. I think your best bet is to talk to a lawyer and make some sort of a legal deal if she is going to have the baby.
