"Oh God" or "Oh Lord" can be used as part of a prayer - "Oh Lord, please help me in this situation." Nothing wrong with that. Or, it can simply be used as a bad habit, a substitute for "Oh crap" or "Oh sh--". That is a misuse of something holy and sacred.
