Will my PSAT score improve next year?

I took it this past autumn as a sopre and scored a 233. I didn't study this time and definitely plan to review before I take it as a junior, but my father says I should be prepared to see my score go down next year. I know I don't have very much room for improvement, but is he right? Did you see your score drop?
