Do i have a bad cold or bronchitis?

hey for about 4 days now i thought i just had a bad cold. now im starting to think its worse then that. i have this really bad cough. when i cough my neighbors can probably hear it...the reason im not sure tho is my temperature. at first it was just hanging around at 99. then suddenly it shot up to 100.4 after that it started going down a bit also possibly from the tylenol im taking. then when i just woke up today it was almost 101 it was at about 100.8. i don't think i have the flue or anything im lying down and sleeping allot but im still able to get up to make myself something to eat. if it is a cold tho im going to have to put this one down in the record books....also a note is that sometimes i feel like i might be getting a little better after i sleep for awhile and relax then i wake up the next day and i feel like its right back to the first day i got this
