Xbox 360 questions on model?

I just bought an arcade with the date 11/8/08. is that the falcon or the jasper motherbord? and i had on my old xbox a 203w power supply and i use this on the new arcade...it seems fine. Do the new xboxs like mine get any hardware falures? and the power supply works fine...is it ok to use it though?
